Acceptable Use

Last updated September 11, 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses cuddlefuckery.com, submits content to us, or promotes us as an affiliate.

We're a brand built on being playful. That only works if nobody's being a jerk. Here's the line.

Don't post or send

• Anything sexual involving minors, or anything that sexualizes a minor. Ever. We report this.
• Content involving anyone who hasn't consented to it being shared.
• Harassment, threats, hate directed at people based on who they are, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
• Anything unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Someone else's artwork, photos, or trademarks presented as yours.
• Other people's private information — addresses, phone numbers, anything they didn't choose to publish.
• Malware, or anything designed to break the site.

Don't do

• Scrape, copy or republish our designs, photos or site content for your own products.
• Buy with a payment method that isn't yours, or use discount codes in ways they weren't meant for.
• Resell our merch as your own brand, or produce items using our artwork.
• Impersonate Cuddlefuckery, our staff, or our partners.
• Interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it.

If you promote us

Affiliates, influencers and partners get a little extra responsibility:

• Disclose the relationship. If you earn a commission or got free product, say so clearly and close to the recommendation — not buried in a comment or a wall of hashtags. That's an FTC requirement, not just our preference.
• Be honest. Don't invent results, reviews or claims we haven't made.
• Use our assets as provided. Don't redraw the logo, put it on products you make yourself, or pair the brand with content that breaks this policy.
• Keep it adult, not explicit. Suggestive is on brand. Sexually explicit content featuring our logo is not, and it gets accounts banned on most platforms anyway.

Reporting something

If you see content or behavior that breaks this policy — including someone misusing our brand — email [email protected] with links or screenshots. We look at every report.

What we do about violations

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, cancel an order, end an affiliate relationship, block access to the site, or contact the relevant platform or authorities. Serious cases get the serious response.
