Accessibility

Our commitment
Everyone should be able to shop here, read the blog, and get help — whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. We treat it as a floor, not a finish line.
What we do
- Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast, including on our dark sections.
- Headings in a real order, so screen readers and keyboards can move through a page sensibly.
- Alt text on product and blog images that describes what's actually in the picture.
- Labels on form fields, including the newsletter sign-up and checkout.
- Keyboard access to navigation, product pages, cart and checkout.
- Layouts that reflow on phones and when text is zoomed.
Where we know we fall short
We'd rather tell you than pretend otherwise:
- Some older product photos and mockups still have thin or missing alt text. We're fixing these as we refresh the catalog.
- Parts of the store — cart, checkout, the discount pop-up — are built on third-party components we don't fully control. If one of them blocks you, email us and we'll take your order manually.
- Our display font is decorative by design. It's used for headlines only, never for body copy or anything you need to read to complete a purchase.
If something doesn't work for you
Tell us. A page you can't use is a bug, not a suggestion, and we treat it that way.
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. We'll confirm we got it within two business days, tell you honestly how long a fix will take, and offer another way to complete what you were doing in the meantime — including placing your order by email.
Feedback on this statement
If you think we're claiming more than we deliver, we want to hear that too. Same address.
