What to include so we can help fast

• Order questions: your order number and the email you used at checkout.
• Something arrived wrong or damaged: a photo of the item and the packing slip. Claims need to reach us within 30 days of delivery.
• Sizing help: the product name and your usual size in another brand. Our size guide covers most of it.
• Wholesale, collabs and affiliates: tell us about you and where your people hang out. More on the affiliate page.
• Press: what you're writing and your deadline.

Before you write
